Role & responsibilities:

1. Managing Shift activities in HOT End - Control room, Float Bath & Annealing Lehr

2. Operation of Control Panel for Float bath & Annealing Lehr & Maintaining its parameters in Shift

3. Coordinating with the Cross Functional team for smooth functioning

4. Control process parameters for different products

5. Defect analysis & corrective action deployment in shifts & Drive improvement activities on the shop-floor to deliver products of right quality

6. Drive quality consciousness and quality improvement activities on the shop floor.

7. Systematic taking over, handing over of activities, shift update from / to shift team

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma - Mechanical Engineer from reputed Engineering Institutions with Good Academic record having experience of 2-4 years.
