Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with Pluckks standards and recipes.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain consistency and accuracy in taste, presentation, and portioning of dishes.
• Hygiene and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, including maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring minimal wastage.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Menu Execution: Support in executing and innovating dishes as per the brand’s menu and food philosophy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Commis 1 or Demi Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen setup.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality during peak hours.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
