Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing processes from Lab to commercial scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and support production / manufacturing teams to assess existing processes.

• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.

• Performing risk assessments.

• collecting the data needed to make improvements and modifications to processes and plants.

• investigating and troubleshooting problems.

• scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets.

• ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities.

• Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.

• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.

• Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.

• Performing optimization tests.
