1 Transrail Lighting Safety Engineer Job

Role & responsibilities

1. HSE record maintained at site by site HSE Person and timely send to HO on monthly basis. (Like; Monthly/Quarterly As per requirement) and similarly submit to client.
2. HSE Training & other training/awareness program organize by site HSE person. (Like; HSE Induction training/TBT/mock drill/Safety Day/Env. Day/skill matrix/SOP/HIRA/IMS/Emergency preparedness training/Pre-task or critical work training/Env. Training/1st aid & training on Health aspect etc.)
3. To arrange Testing part at site (Like; Water Testing/Health checkup/T&P testing/Env. Testing /arrangement of drinking water facility/T&P punching/marking, hospital tie-up for emergency etc.)
4. Controlling & recording of HSE violation/1st aid/Near miss/accident (Minor/major/fatal) and timely investigation. And also utilize of action plan (as per Mgmt. guidelines)
5. Best HSE Practices & Implementation part at site (Based on work activity), Safety Park, Vertigo test, Visual inspection of T&Ps/Height Pass, Permit system, adoption of new technique, usages of Binocular, horizontal life line, tree plantation, garbage collection, arrangement of bund wall, culvert, maintain the biodiversity part, removal of lasting materials, efforts towards contamination part (Soil/Land), etc.
6. Proper arrangement of HSE aspect at site like; HSE Poster/banner/arrangement of waste bins/ arrangement of proper PPEs/critical task work arrangement/1st aid box/arrangement of bio-medical waste / other arrangements related to HSE aspects.
7. Monthly self-audit/walk down inspection at site/ internal / external audit closing compliance by site HSE person/ self-discipline in terms of HSE during duty etc.
8. Monthly HSE committee meeting & review.
9. Prevention/Minimization of waste through Re-use or recycle like; Re-use of helmet, re-use of PP rope as a barricading tape, re-use of insulator packing boxes for road cone, re-use of one side used paper for printing, re-use of old files etc.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should be B.E / B. Tech / B. Sc / Diploma with ADIS or PDIS or Diploma in Safety with recognized Technical University.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in HSE.
