Position Overview:

SABYASACHI CALCUTTA LLP, a joint venture with ADITYA BIRLA FASHION AND RETAIL LTD. is seeking a Sourcing Partner (under agency payroll) to support the Talent Acquisition team by identifying, screening, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates. This role requires an understanding of hiring requirements, a proactive approach to sourcing, and excellent coordination skills to manage the hiring process from sourcing to offer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand Role Requirements:
• Collaborate with the Lead Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to gather a detailed understanding of job roles and responsibilities.
2. Sourcing Profiles:
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, recruitment vendors, and networking.
• Utilize professional networks such as LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to identify qualified candidates.
3. Screening Candidates:
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates based on role specifications.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates who meet the required qualifications.
4. Interview Scheduling:
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to timelines.
5. Documentation Coordination:
• Ensure proper documentation of candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resumes, interview notes, and other relevant materials.
6. Offer Process Coordination:
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the offer process, including preparing and verifying necessary documents for selected candidates.
7. Maintain Recruitment Trackers:
• Regularly update and maintain recruitment and sourcing trackers, ensuring that all relevant information is documented accurately.
• Prepare reports on the status of open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency setup.
• Skills:
• Proficient in using job portals and sourcing tools.
• Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent coordination and time-management abilities.
• Communication:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise between hiring managers and candidates effectively.
• Attention to Detail:
• Ability to manage multiple open positions, maintain detailed records, and follow up on pending tasks.
