Our client, a top 30, very reputed, Rs 4500 Crore plus pharma company has asked us to look for the following candidates for their PMT division-International Marketing. ONLY PHARMA PMT CANDIDATES NEED APPLY.

1) GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER (for Franco Africa)

2) SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER-CARDIO SPECIALTY (for Franco Africa market)

3) SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - GENERAL SEGMENT (for Franco Africa)

4) PRODUCT MANAGER-GENERAL SEGMENT (for CIS Countries)

(THE APPLICANTS MUST HAVE SPECIFIC SEGMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES / MARKETS MENTIONED ABOVE)

The job involves usual Product Management / Brand Management functions viz:-

• Emphasis on Brand Positioning and Communication to customer & consumer

• Find innovative way of educating the field for new products

• Tactical promotion should be done periodically to increase the Market share

• Analyze the Sec sales based on implementation of the above strategies

• Analyze and keep track of Competitor promotion against their Sec sales through IMS data

• Prepare Marketing input plan for financial year in coordination with Internal customer and execute

Preferred candidate profile

B.Pharm / B.Sc graduates with an MBA/PGDM in marketing management having 4-12 years experience in pharma PMT, having worked with reputed pharma companies exporting to the countries / markets mentioned above.

Product Manager: Upto Rs 15 Lakhs CTC per year

Sr.Product Manager & GPM: Rs 16-20 Lakhs CTC per year.
