Job Purpose - Seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Facilitator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process by coordinating between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. The Sales Facilitator will focus on optimizing sales operations, enhancing client experiences, and enabling the sales team to meet and exceed targets


About RWS Sales Operations

The Sales Operations Department provides operational and strategic support to global sales teams and is the critical link between sales and many cross-functional departments. The team works closely with many departments to ensure all activities are completed with a high degree of accuracy. The team has a reputation for high standards and high-quality data provision, and this reputation needs to be maintained at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in managing client communication, proposals, SOWs, Documentations and presentations
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects, clients, and internal teams
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Track and manage Work order, supporting, and uploading documents on client tools
  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports for leadership
  • Client Coordination:
  • Act as the liaison between the sales team and client project managers to ensure smooth communication and invoicing
  • Address client queries promptly and escalate issues when necessary
  • Documentation and Proposals:
  • Support the creation and documentation of sales contracts, agreements, and proposals
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards in all sales documentation

Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, support, or facilitation roles
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office and CRMs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines
