Business development executive

The Business Development Manager will be responsible to identify, qualify, develop and close new business opportunities which result in successful, profitable and long term client relationships. The right candidate will bring to this position: strong organizational skills, identifying and creating efficiencies, relationship building skills, operational knowledge, and ability to comprehend and retain new information, ability to resolve problems in a high-paced environment.

Technical skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
2+ years of experience
Excellent presentation/communication skills, with the ability to clearly present the localization life-cycle to clients
Organizational and leadership skills
Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management
Problem-solving capabilities
Quality and detail-oriented
Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
Self-starter and pro-active
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
Knowledge and Interest in continuing to learn and identify new technologies and new tools
Ability to create macros or other task automations a big plus
Advanced Excel skills a big plus (formulas, pivot tables, macros, lookup tables, etc.)

Education and Knowledge:
Bachelor s Degree
High fluency in English (Required) and a non-English language (desired)
