As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales, creating personalized travel itineraries, and providing excellent customer service to clients planning international travel. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and manage ongoing client relationships to increase sales for international destinations, including Vietnam, Bali, Hong Kong, Azerbaijan, Dubai, and others.
Itinerary Creation: Design customized itineraries based on client preferences, interests, and budget, ensuring a memorable travel experience.
CRM Management: Use CRM software to manage customer data, track leads, monitor sales activities, and follow up on potential clients.
Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate effectively with vendors (hotels, airlines, ground operators) to secure the best deals and ensure competitive pricing for clients.
Client Presentations & Follow-Ups: Present tailored travel packages to clients, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by maximizing opportunities and closing sales effectively.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, promotions, and travel restrictions in key international destinations to offer clients the best options.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in travel sales, with a focus on international destinations such as Vietnam, Bali, Hong Kong, Azerbaijan, Dubai, etc.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors and clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to manage client data efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
Knowledge of the travel industry and its trends, as well as visa requirements, local regulations, and travel documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
