Senior Controls Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for innovative and creative Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineers to work on all engineering stages from development trough design, manufacture to installation with keen interest. The job requires highly capable and competent Controls/Design/PLC/SCADA/HMI/VFD automation engineers who can work independently and when required as part of a team to:
1. PLC Programming LAD/SCL/STL/FBD (Siemens TIA Portal, AB Studio 5000)
2. SCADA/HMI graphics design, programming, Scripting (Siemens WinCC, AB FT View)
3. VFD (Siemens G120, AB Powerflex, Danfoss FC302, Yaskawa A1000/GA700)
4. Onsite Commissioning (experience in Cable Extrusion Machines will be preferred)

Desired Candidate Profile

Expertise in Industrial automation (PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD),
Proficiency in PLC programming languages,
Experience in HMI/SCADA programming and development,
Experience in VFD programming, motor controls and other automation technologies,
Experience in Industrial networking with Profinet, profibus, ethernet, RS485, RS 232,
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting PLC systems,
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems used in Industrial Automation,
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics,
Electrical engineering and control system design skills,
Critical thinking, reasoning and problem solving skills,
Experienced in use of CAD tools like AutoCAD, EPLAN is preferred,
Additional expertise in new technology like IoT and Industry 4.0 will be preferred,
Proficient customer facing skills,
He should be willing to travel globally.
