About the Role:

Based at our global HQ in Bath and reporting to the Head of Legal for EMEA and India, you will play a pivotal role in providing quality cross-border legal advice within our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise key stakeholders across Rotork Plc and its group companies on a broad range of legal areas, including:
- Commercial contracts (framework agreements, master supply agreements, agent/distributor/reseller agreements, and non-standard terms for supply and purchase)
- Disputes and litigation
- Data protection issues
- Employment and HR matters
- MA and internal restructurings
- Real estate transactions
- Intellectual property matters
Suggest commercial and pragmatic solutions to resolve business issues.
Drive efficiencies and influence business thinking.
Interact with members of the Management Board and make an impact every day.
