Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Source suppliers and obtain quotations for goods and services required by the organization.
2. Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
4. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
5. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure quality and adherence to contractual agreements.
6. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
8. Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and best practices in procurement.
