Role & responsibilities
1) New Business Development
2) Exploring new markets and generating new business leads
3) Pursuing new leads and leading it to closures
4) Leads to be generated through references
5) Identify potential prospects and contact them so as to generate new accounts locally
6) Coordinate with Operations team to ensure timely opening of the Brand Store and handover to Sales team for further development
Preferred candidate profile
1) Effective and efficient leadership to perform under difficult environment.
2) Responsible for Sales in Assigned Area.
3) Appointing and monitoring the trade partners and agents under the Brand Stores.
4) Increasing the Brand Store visibility.
5) Brand Store Promotion.
6) Improved business growth of Rockwell products in assigned areas.
7) The primary purpose of the position is to deliver accelerated and profitable business growth via Brand Stores
8) Handle assigned territory, achieve budgeted sales targets
9) Promoting new products and any special deals in the assigned location.
10) Keeping track of competition activity in the market i.e. competitor mapping.
11) Customer Relationship management Brand Stores and the related parties
12) Ability to lead a team of frontline sales personnel and help achieve the assigned targets
