Good experience with ESP32 WiFi - MQTT development

Good experience with RS485 / Modbus interfacing

Good experience with interrupts, efficient interrupt handling

Ability to integrate with sensors, controllers etc based on the datasheet

Basic understanding of the underlying hardware and hardware interfacing

Ability to debug and troubleshooting embedded system

Good to have: experience with encoders and motor drivers
