Role : Quality Engineering - Manual+Automation Combo

Manual Testing :

- Good knowledge of testing processes (SDLC/STLC)

- Experience on Audio/Player playback testing

- Feature Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing

- Ad-Hoc Testing, Security Testing, Monkey Testing, Interruption Testing

- Ensure test case design and execution methodologies are technically sound

- Responsible for creating test cases, detailing test cases, test plans, and consolidating and reporting test results.

- Design and implement quality process and quality metrics for the applications across

- Experience of using Charles or Any proxy tool to check/modify api request and response for application

- Experience on basic ADB commands

- Experience to verify data analytics of application

- Experience on any crash analytics tool like firebase to check crash logs

- Knowledge of debugging & logs of application

- Knowledge of API, CMS

Automation Testing :

- Good understanding of test automation on android mobile/TV Application

- Experience of automation on cloud devices/remote devices

- Good experience on Android Espresso/Selenium/Appium Framework and Java/Kotlin

- Good understanding of Shell scripting and code management tools

- Good understanding of frameworks for performance and KPI

- Good understanding of processes and methodologies with ability to adapt and improvise in various situations.

- Responsible for the timely development and maintenance of most critical automation frameworks

- Responsible for using the latest technologies to design and maintain automation for existing and new products.

- Expertise on CICD (Git/Jenkins) related to automation for remote execution

- Responsible for developing automation dashboards and reports to quality engineering

Tools Experience Required :

- Android Studio, Eclipse, Appuim, Charles, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, firebase crash analytic

Technical Knowledge :

- Should have good knowledge and experience in Automation frameworks development and execution from scratch

- Should have good hands-on knowledge of app technologies, Web Services, APIs Gateways for mobile apps.

- Through understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and Exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.

- Good understanding and experience on process automation

- Strong programming skills in Java and scripting languages

- Better understanding of operating systems, Android and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CDNs is preferred.

- Should have excellent programming/coding and logical skills.
