• Provide (1-st line) Management Assurance that our Internal control framework is
  operating and performing as expected to ensure that the stated goals of the
  security organization are achieved in a desired manner. We achieve this by
  monitoring and testing our Security Controls.
• Enable Business IT Compliance by ensuring security measures and controls are
  implemented in Compliance with internal Security and Tech policies and
  processes, as well as external Standards and Regulatory requirements
• Provide Valuable Insights to the business by designing monitoring and reporting
  on Key Risk Indicators and Key Control Indicators
  
• Role Description - The TCOM team is responsible for partnering with risk owners throughout the Booking business functions and units to design and maintain internal controls in line with our risk appetite and to maintain the quality of our processes. The role may require to work closely with stakeholders from multiple departments and to have a strong big picture focus and ability to zoom in and out of the details to ensure full process understanding. The IT Risk & Automation expert brings unique knowledge and experience in building automations and maintaining them throughout the lifecycle. Prior experience in Risk Management Functions or understanding of the risk management processes is an added advantage
  
• Responsibilities
  Primary:
  1. Working with Leads to design and development of sustainable automation
  2. Maintenance and troubleshooting of existing scripts and automations.
  3. Act as SME on topics related to Gitlab GRC/Security topics
  Secondary:
  1. Identifying opportunities for automation and improvements
  2. Building reports for senior management
