Ui Ux Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
• Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your work on web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating designs that are both beautiful and functional.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience with usability testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).
