Sr. Instrumentation Engineer

Project Management & Execution:
1. Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems.
2. Conduct E&I material inspections before installation, calibration, and testing.
3. Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of control panels (DCS/ESD/F&G).
4. Develop and update markup drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
5. Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for material management and work execution.
6. Ensure compliance with ITP, MOS, and project specifications for inspections and testing. Instrumentation & Control Systems: 1. Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS (Siemens, ABB, Honeywell and AB)
2. Expertise in OPC communication, Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet protocols.
3. Configuration and troubleshooting of SCADA, RTUs, VFDs, and analyzers.
4. Installation, calibration, and loop checking of field instruments (Emerson Rosemount, ABB, Endress & Hauser, Bently Nevada, Honeywell).
5. Conduct pre-commissioning, functional testing, and final inspections of control systems.
6. Perform breakdown analysis, fault diagnostics, and corrective actions for instrumentation. Networking & Communication Protocols: 1. Strong understanding of networking for industrial automation and control systems.
2.Integration of instrumentation systems with IT and OT networks.
3. Experience in fiber optic communication, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet-based protocols. Quality Assurance & Compliance: 1. Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISA, IEC, IEEE) and safety regulations.
2. Conduct QA/QC inspections for panels, JB installations, wiring, and grounding systems.
3. Maintain comprehensive quality control documentation and test reports.
