*Job Description:*
We are looking for an experienced *Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant* to implement and support Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll processing and compliance.

*Key Responsibilities:*
✅ Implement and configure *Oracle Fusion Payroll* for clients
✅ Perform *Payroll Setup, Processing, and Troubleshooting*
✅ Configure *payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing*
✅ Integrate Oracle Payroll with *HCM, Financials, and third-party systems*
✅ Ensure compliance with *statutory payroll regulations*
✅ Support *year-end processing, payroll audits, and tax filing*
✅ Collaborate with HR & IT teams to improve payroll workflows

*Required Skills:*
✔ Strong expertise in *Oracle Fusion Payroll, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Integrations*
✔ Experience with *Payroll Flows, BIP Reports, HCM Extracts*
✔ Knowledge of *US Payroll, UK Payroll, and APAC Payroll (preferred)*
✔ Experience in *Payroll Testing and Parallel Runs*
✔ Good understanding of *OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Benefits Integration*
