Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Client Acquisition (Staffing & Digital Marketing)

Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with less than 5 years of experience in outside sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth in both staffing and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and target potential clients in the staffing and digital marketing sectors through various channels.
    • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Outside Sales:
    • Engage with prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
    • Present and pitch our staffing and digital marketing solutions to decision-makers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive client retention and growth.
  • Tool Proficiency:
    • Utilize relevant tools and software to streamline business development activities, including lead generation, email outreach, and market analysis.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 7 to 15years of experience in business development, outside sales, or a related role with a focus on client acquisition.
    • Experience in staffing and/or digital marketing sectors is mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and networking.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Appolo) and other relevant sales tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client acquisition.
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
