Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.

Experience: 5-10 years in a reputed Pharma / Herbal / Cosmetic company

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities (Essential):

- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in operating equipment and machinery used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

- Strong expertise in troubleshooting production-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

- Proficient in production planning, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Direct experience in tablet, capsule, liquid, and semi-solid manufacturing processes.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and optimize manpower utilization effectively.

- Ability to implement cost reduction initiatives and streamline plant operations to ensure maximum efficiency.

- Good understanding of modern technologies used in production, electrical systems, air conditioning, and mechanical operations within the plant.

Desirable Skills:

- Well-connected with relevant government authorities to facilitate regulatory compliance and statutory clearances.

- Strong vendor management skills with knowledge of reliable suppliers for machinery, raw materials (RM), and packaging materials (PM).
