Position Overview.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with other AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI models that solve complex business challenges and enhance our platform’s capabilities.

The ideal candidate is not only proficient in AI and machine learning technologies but also passionate about driving innovation and making impactful contributions to our products and the success of our users.

Key Responsibilities.

Generative AI App Development : Design, develop and maintain end to end Generative AI applications which cater to our customer needs, integrating Human-in-the-loop systems to enhance accuracy and decision-making.

Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize and finetune AI / ML models to meet the evolving needs of our platform and clients, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and scalability.

Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform model development and product strategy.

API Integration: Convert AI/ML models into scalable APIs that can be seamlessly integrated into our platform and utilized by other teams.

Infrastructure Management: Oversee the infrastructure for AI model deployment, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability across cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and designers, to develop features and solutions that align with our long-term vision and user needs.

Innovation & Excellence: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize our AI models and platform, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.

Required Skills And Experience.

Experience: Over 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a strong track record of developing and deploying AI / ML models in production environments.

Programming Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with other relevant programming languages such as R, Java, or C++.

Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Statistical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and fundamental mathematical concepts such as linear algebra, probability, and optimization.

Data Handling: Extensive experience working with large datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and writing efficient code for processing data streams.

Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools is highly desirable.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications.

Generative AI : Prior experience in building, productionizing & maintaining Generative AI applications.

Advanced Techniques: Experience in natural language processing, reinforcement learning .

Data Engineering: Familiarity with modern data stack components such as Postgres, Redis, Cassandra, and Kafka.

Product Focus: A strong product-focused mindset, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and user needs.
