Key Responsibilities:
BTL Campaign Execution : Plan and execute targeted
on-ground activations, roadshows, mall events
, and customer engagement campaigns to drive leads and footfall.
Event Management : Organize impactful product launches, test ride events , and localized dealer activations, ensuring high ROI.
Vendor Coordination : Manage vendors and agencies for campaign production, event logistics, and timely execution within budgets.
Dealer Collaboration : Partner with dealerships to align on regional marketing strategies and boost retail performance.
Performance Tracking : Monitor campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Customer Focus : Develop experiential marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and customer engagement .
Travel & Flexibility : Ability to execute events across geographies with regular travel.
Skills Required:
Strong experience in BTL activations and event management.
Analytical mindset to track leads, footfall, and conversions .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in automotive/EV marketing is a bonus.
