JOB DESCRIPTION: -

1. Coordinate and supervise field service operations across the designated area.

2. Train, guide, and evaluate field service technicians to enhance service quality.

3. Monitor and manage service performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Implement and enforce safety and compliance protocols for field operations

Technical / Desired Skills:

1. Proficiency in electric bike systems and components.

2. Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electric bikes.

3. Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for electric bikes.

IT/Software skills required: Knowledge of Service management tools, CRM softwares, and data analysis & presentation tools such as excel and power point presentation.
