AI/ML Model Tester - Team Lead / QA manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies for AI ML models / algorithms.
• Ability to understand, analyze, and prepare data used in AI development.
• Design and develop test to validate model performance including data quality, model accuracy and robustness
• Validate AI / ML models against predefined criteria including precision, accuracy, recall and F1 score
• Achieve efficiency and effectiveness by using latest AI testing methodologies and tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in AI models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to validate AI model outputs.
• Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in AI / ML model testing.
• 6 - 10 years of strong experience in Testing with Strong knowledge of AI algorithms, machine learning, and data science.
• Proficiency in programming language such as Python, R, or Julia.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Pytest or Unittest
• Knowledge of AI testing tools and framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit-learn
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Should have vision for continuous process improvement.
