Analyst/ Senior Analyst - Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for gathering and analyzing data from both primary and secondary sources. The ideal candidate will interpret trends, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of financials, market position, and competitive landscape, and maintain datasets. This role requires advanced Excel and VBA skills, attention to detail, and an organized and structured approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and collect data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze and interpret trends in the data, focusing on financial performance, market positioning, and competitive landscape.
• Perform detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of the companys financials to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain datasets, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible for reporting and decision-making.
• Conduct market research to support strategic planning and business forecasting.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Graduate/PG
• Proven hands-on experience with advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros) and VBA.
• Strong experience in data visualization and presentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to think analytically and problem-solve in a structured and methodical manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
