- Mentor and guide junior performance test engineers, providing hands-on support and ensuring best practices in testing.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure performance testing aligns with business goals and project timelines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance engineering and testing.
