Engineering Manager

We are looking for:

1. Branded BFS or Fintech companies (Wells Fargo, Morgan stanley).
2. Product company experience must.
3. Experience in development of golang apps, java apps + python.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang, Java, Python.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role leading an engineering team.
• Familiarity with code deployment and maintenance, cloud platforms and services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Prior experience building Compliance workflows - KYC/KYB workflows, Customer Due diligence, Enhanced Due diligence or Customer onboarding or Identity platforms including or experience building integrations with Compliance solutions (eg. KYT - Transaction monitoring or Travel Rule compliance integrations).
