Responsibilities. He/she will be responsible for overall marketing strategy of offline programs, targeting prospect students and parents for a particular region.
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:. Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote NEET, JEE and PNCF classroom programs.
Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Lead Generation and Enrollment Targets:. Set and achieve lead generation and enrollment targets for each program.
Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and offline activities, to generate leads.
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to meet enrollment goals.
Brand Management and Promotion:. Develop and execute brand promotion plans, ensure brand consistency, and maintain brand reputation within the zone.
Channel Management and Partnerships:. Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other relevant partners to promote our programs.
Plan and execute events, webinars, and seminars to promote classroom programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications. MBA in Marketing.
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and enrollment strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in fast paced ambiguous environment.
