UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (8-10 yrs)

The UX/UI Design Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive design of our digital platforms.

You will build and lead a talented team of UX and UI designers to create user-centered and high-performing digital experiences that enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rates.

You are a key contributor to the digital user experience and growth of online business for India and oversee various phases of the team's design process: research, conception, development, and execution while ensuring the team is in the best conditions to meet expectations and objectives.

Essential :

- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on digital platforms and mobile applications.

- Proven experience leading and managing design teams.

- Deep understanding of the Indian digital landscape and user behaviors.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and a clear understanding of design

principles.

- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
