Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to potential buyers.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing platforms.
Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Provide detailed information about the project, payment plans, and other amenities.
Market Research:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Gather feedback from customers and market insights to improve sales strategies.
Negotiation & Closure:
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other conditions with clients.
Close sales deals and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
Follow-up & Reporting:
Follow up with potential leads regularly and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers.
Prepare sales reports and keep track of targets and achievements.
