Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
- As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts and achieving business growth.
- You will focus on B2B marketing with complex solution selling, particularly in the infrastructure and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
- B2B Marketing: Lead B2B marketing initiatives, focusing on complex solution selling to high-level decision-makers in the infrastructure and construction sectors.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Cold Calling & Prospect Nurturing: Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts to nurture known prospects and convert leads into opportunities.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality marketing materials, -including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, tailored to the target audience.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in B2B marketing with a focus on complex solution selling.
- In-depth understanding of the infrastructure and construction industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with CXOs, owners, and directors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and analytics.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a proven record of results in B2B marketing and complex solution selling.
- Experience in the infrastructure and construction industry is highly preferred.
Post-Graduation: MBA from Tier I/II institutes
