JOB DESCRIPTION OF Business Leader US MARKET

LOCATION : GURUGRAM

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Business Leader for our US Business. The candidate should come with a proven track record of driving year-over-year growth and scaling new business initiatives in US markets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Oversee and scale the organizations Cloud hosting, MSP & MSSP sales operations in the US market.

- Collaborate with and manage the extended team of 150+ Sales, Support, Delivery and Customer Success professionals.

- Developing and communicating a clear vision for the companys future. Crafting and executing strategic plans to achieve the company's goals.

- Develop and execute GTM strategy to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and expand market presence.

- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and meet business objectives.

- Establishing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring profitability.

- Identify and leverage opportunities to scale operations and expand into new segments within the US market.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to ensure long-term business success.

- Stay abreast of technological advancements and integrate them into the company's offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 18-25 years of total work experience, with at least 8-10 years in the US market.

- Experience in building and leading large sales teams and managing senior stakeholders.

Internal Information:

- A degree in Engineering is mandatory.

- An MBA from a Tier-1 institute is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to scale teams and business operations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

- Deep understanding of the US market and its dynamics.
