Role 1 - Category Manager - Private Labels (Food / Non Food )

Role 2 - Category Manager - General Merchandise (Plastics/Steel/Crockery/Utensils/Homeware/Cookware etc)

Role 3 - Category Manager - Food / Non Food

This role is ideal for a strategic thinkers with deep expertise in product management, vendor relationships, and category growth in the food & grocery retail sector.

Key Responsibilities -

• Oversee end-to-end category management, including pricing, promotions, product assortment, and stock levels.
• Identify and onboard new private label suppliers and manufacturers.
• Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, design, and operations to ensure product offerings align with customer needs.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Monitor category performance, sales growth, and profitability; create action plans for optimization.
• Manage P&L for assigned categories and ensure financial targets are met.
