Job Description
- We are Oracle Practice team, responsible for development for & around Oracle EBS modules.
- Footprint includes Account-to-Close modules Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects, General Ledger & customizations to support BMC processes; Procure-to-Pay Purchasing, iExpense, Payables, Localizations & customizations to support BMC processes; Hire-to-Retire OHR, ADP Payroll, Taleo, Career Management & customizations to support BMC processes; Treasury IT2 & Informatica B2B for bank payment processing; GRC & audit applications; Custom Order Management OM, Receivables, Commissions etc.
- We are already upgraded to Oracle R12. 2. 3 and are working on key projects to enhance our back office systems. This position will fill in as a key member of the dynamic Oracle development team.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Agile development path.
- Be able to provide input and demonstrate DevOps techniques in development.
- Establish and review estimations
- Should be proactive and suggest improvements or ideas while working on projects
- Perform code review and oversight throughout the project
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Motivated self-starter with positive attitude, team oriented, and passionate about work.
- Be able to work independently with some supervision.
- Identify, resolve, and/or escalate issues to leadership when required.
- Ability to understand technical design and develop code.
- Ability to complete work within the given timelines.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience working in Oracle technology
- Good development experience in Subscription based Saas platform
- Strong in PL/SQL and SQL query writing
- Strong knowledge for writing / using different APIs for oracle base apps / custom modules.
- Experience in SourceSafe versioning control system like Bitbucket
- Understanding of integration between multiple modules
- Good to have Oracle Forms 10g knowledge
- Good to have Oracle Reports 10g knowledge
- Good to have experience in XML Publisher, Oracle Work Flow, AME
- OAF development will be additional qualification
- Good to have experience in working in Oracle base app modules.
