Job Description
Salesforce Developer / TL / PL:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- Hands on knowledge of LWC, APEX, Integrations, Omni Studio, Omni Scripts
- Should be aware of best coding practices for LWC and Apex
- Should be good in record triggered flows, screen flows, autolaunch flows.
- Should have worked on atleast one Service Cloud project where service cloud features like omni channel, entitlements and milestones, escalation rules, knowledge management are implemented.
- Previous experience from banking, insurance domain is nice to have
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud is nice to have.
