Job Title: EHS Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated EHS Manager to develop, implement, and maintain our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems. The role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, driving sustainability initiatives, and leading health and safety programs across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and environmental laws.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions.
• Provide EHS training and education to employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement health and safety initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain ESG strategy under ESG LTP, aligning with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant EHS codes, standards, and policies.
• Establish review mechanisms for ESG performance at the business level.
• Collect ESG data from all units and prepare sustainability reports for transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with pollution control boards for waste management, safe storage, disposal, and approvals.
• Promote reduce, reuse, and recycle (3R) initiatives.
• Develop EHS policies, procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and Operational Control Procedures (OCPs) for safety and environmental protection.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS management, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS policies and initiatives.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CIH, CSP, or NEBOSH are preferred.
