Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and conversion rates; prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Accurately forecast revenue streams and manage sales budgets and resource allocation.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the region through market research.
- Drive sales target achievement and manage sales support functions for timely customer service.
- Recruit, develop, and retain sales teams, addressing training needs and conducting performance reviews.
- Oversee sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collect market feedback to inform policy and strategy formulation.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations regularly.
