Job Description
- Hands on experience in Analog, digital, circuit design
● Hardware software integration knowledge ,
● Worst case analysis and failure analysis methods
● Knowledgeable in Brushed, Brushless DC and PMSM motors
● Knowledge in PCB design, using schematic capture and layout tools
● Hands on experience in Thermal analysis and simulation tools.
● Good understanding of design for manufacturing, quality control, FMEA,
environmental, and reliability requirements for automotive.
● Expertise in vehicle networking especially CAN (SAEJ1939 & ISO11898)
and UDS (ISO14229)
● Work Experience in Vector testing tools (CANoe, CANalyser)
● Knowledge in DOORs/DNG
● Expertise in 8, 16 and 32-bit microcontrollers multicore architecture
● Good knowledge on EMI/EMC, impacts on design and how to build a
reliable product for automotive domain
● Establish and implement Common Hardware Architecture Practice
across the organization.
● Drive HW Architecture level Reuse practice and proving the new
hardware interfaces through proof-of-concepts to mitigate risks in the
programs
● Creates scalable hardware platforms
● Define Hardware Architecture Approach, Guidance and Document for all
Hardware designers
● Drive cost competitiveness in Bill Of Material (BOM) Selection (Design
To Cost) aspects with high rigor
● Mitigate critical technical risks upfront at Hardware Architecture level
● Large volume product development experience
