Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Dsigning and developing advanced & complex datasets, data recipes, and interactive dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Supporting complex security models in CRMA by leveraging security predicates, sharing inheritance, and app-based security modeling
- Managing the configuration and customization of embedded CRMA dashboards using Salesforce Lightning components
- Utilizing the power of the CRMA action framework to empower our users to proactively take action on the underlying Salesforce data
- Leading analytics development efforts using agile methodologies
- Identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency via process improvement and system enhancements
- Best practice direction and implementation approaches for content governance, processes, version control and UX consistency within CRMA
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into new or existing Salesforce CRMA solutions.
- Adopting salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to optimize the use of CRMA
- Domain expert in building efficient ETL data pipelines to: identify incomplete data, improve data quality, and integrate data from several data sources
- Troubleshooting functional, data, and performance issues with CRMA Dashboards and developing AI/ML solutions using Einstein Discovery (e.g. data preparation, story statistics & algorithms, recommendations) your background
Candidate must have :
- Candidates should have strong experience in Salesforce development (5+ years) and CRMA development and 3+ years of experience working with large data volumes (1B+ rows) and supporting a large user base (10,000+)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be able to interface with both technical and business leaders within the organization)
- Strong collaborative interpersonal skills to work across diverse, global teams
- Strong sense of commitment to deliver
- Basic proficiency working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools
- Strong proficiency in core CRM Analytics scripting including SQL, JSON, and SAQL
- Knowledge of data modelling techniques and high-volume ETL/ELT design
- Robust knowledge of the core Salesforce Platform (e.g. user management & hierarchies, security/sharing settings, object architecture & relationships, etc.)
- Proficiency in CI/CD processes and version-controlled environment tools (e.g GitLab and VS Code)
Nice to have :
- Salesforce Certified Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Developer I certification
- Tableau Certified Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Tableau Certified Consultant
- Experience developing applications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Tableau Cloud and/or Tableau Desktop experience
