We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead and strategize the human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring a seamless HR experience for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and culture.
- Implement best HR practices to attract, retain, and develop talent.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and wellness sectors.
- Oversee manpower planning, ensuring efficient staffing levels across clinics.
- Build employer branding strategies to position the organization as a preferred employer.
3. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Implement and oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) to drive a high-performance culture.
- Identify training & development needs, ensuring continuous learning and career growth.
- Design leadership development and succession planning programs.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards.
- Ensure timely payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and employee benefits management.
- Review and enhance reward and recognition programs.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Design employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and productivity.
- Conduct employee pulse surveys and take action on feedback.
6. HR Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and ethical HR practices.
- Oversee HR audits, employee grievance handling, and risk mitigation.
- Develop policies and processes aligned with healthcare industry standards.
7. HR Automation & Digital Transformation
- Implement HR Tech solutions (HRMS, payroll systems, AI-driven hiring, etc.).
- Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Leverage HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR Management from a recognized institute.
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or service industry.
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS, HR analytics, and digital HR transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
