Role & responsibilities :

Job Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting the Manager - Sales in achieving organizational sales targets. The role focuses on lead conversion, client engagement, and closing high-value deals, with an expected annual sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement & Execution

  • Achieve annual sales target through strategic planning and execution.
  • Consistently meet monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a lead-to-sale conversion rate of 20%-25% by driving qualified lead conversions.
  • Conduct a minimum of 30 site visits per month with prospective clients to maximize engagement and sales closures.

2. Lead Management & Customer Engagement

  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of 200+ qualified leads per month to maintain a strong sales funnel
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate 10% of annual sales through referrals and repeat business.

3. Sales Process Execution & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities with 95% data accuracy in reports.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Manager - Sales, highlighting key metrics and pipeline status.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, and recommend strategies for performance improvement.

4. Collaboration & Team Support

  • Collaborate with the Manager - Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior sales executives to improve team productivity and performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, project, legal) to ensure seamless execution of the sales process.

5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular feedback on market conditions and customer insights to refine and improve sales strategies.
  • Contribute to achieving 80%-90% inventory absorption rates within defined project timelines.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets approximately 20-30 Cr per annum
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to handle large-ticket transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
