Role & responsibilities

Should able to monitor and control the OEE, Job setting rejection,

To keep an up dated data on activity sheet, production records ,Setting Approvals ,Tool Life monitoring ,Rework records.

Must be able for trouble shooting of general /Minor errors of all CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL machines.

Should be aware all safety rules/SOP//Use of PPE and have safety culture.

To perform machine rejection analysis &corrective action, timely material hand over to dispatch.

Should have good concept of Manpower planning ,achieve production target as per production plan .

Ensure timely preventive maintenance of cells

Preferred candidate profile

Working experience in the auto Industry is desirable
