4. Willing to extend working hours / connect ANZ time zone based on project needs

Roles Responsibilities:

1. Design:
   1. Conduct solution design workshop and prepare design documentation (SDD, PFS and Integration document)
   2. Liaise with COE / Product / PB team for any customer requirements.
   3. Conduct solution playback
   4. Provide KT to Ops team for preparing the process book.
2. Configuration / Engineering:
   1. Configure the product as per finalized design document.
   2. Test the configured and customization.
   3. Deploy and package the configured solution / customization / data in next envt.
3. Training:
   1. Conduct the User Training using standard / tailored training material to align with solution provided
4. Testing and User Acceptance Testing Support:
   1. Assist the customer with test case / data development
   2. Triage and resolve the issue raised by customer
   3. Liaise with COE / Product / PB team for new requirements
   4. Prepare updated solutions / data for deployment onto next envt.
5. Parallel Run Support:
   1. Provide KT to Ops team for starting the Parallel Run
   2. Assist the customer with parallel run strategy development
   3. Triage and resolve the issue raised by customer / Ops team
   4. Liaise with COE / Product / PB team for new requirements
   5. Prepare production cut-over plan along with PM s
   6. Prepare updated solutions / data for production cut-over
6. Go-Live and Hypercare Support:
   1. Provide BAU support to customer / Ops team
   2. Update the SDD document
   3. Liaise with Product team for any open product items
7. Transition:
   1. Prepare transition checklist
   2. Provide KT to Support team
      
      8. Product and Domain Knowledge:

1. 1. Experience in any HR Payroll product with at least 3-4 end to end implementation experience
   2. Robust knowledge of any 3 additional modules apart from Payroll from the following:

1. Core HR, Employee Information, Leave, Time Management, Compensation Planning and Expense

1. AU NZ Statutory knowledge (at least one region)
2. Preferably WD, SF and Oracle Integration Knowledge
3. High Level Understanding of Integration Systems/Architecture
4. Demonstrated end to end domain knowledge of generic HR and Payroll processes

1. Implementation Capabilities:
   Test Case Documentation (Configured Solution and Customization) Testing Support
   Ensure fit-to-purpose system testing and user acceptance tests are conducted to ensure product quality (Configured Solution and Customisation)
   Ability to independently conduct Requirement Gathering sessions, Solution Demos Data Migration
   Ensure adherence to RAMCO MAGNA Enterprise Methodology
   Assist Project/Program Manager to draft Entry Exit and Acceptance Criteria
   Liaise with Product Team of bugs, new requirements, and roadmap items
   Ensure timely submission of deliverables, adhering to prescribed governance and approval processes
   Ensure knowledge transfers and handovers to Support Team
   Adherence to SOW / contractual / Management / soft commitment
   Train / Guide the Junior consultant on product and process
