Job Description

Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HR)
Location: Noida
Job Type: Regular/Work from Office
Job Overview:
Rama Medical Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and manage the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience within the hospital or healthcare domain and a proven track record in managing the complete HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development. The HR Head will work closely with the senior management team to align HR strategies with the hospital's goals, ensuring a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's objectives and vision.
    • All recruitment related activities should be handled by the HR.
    • Manage key HR functions including recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and compliance.
    • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on HR matters that impact hospital performance.

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all positions, ensuring the hospital attracts top-tier talent.
    • Work with department heads to assess workforce needs and maintain an effective staffing strategy.
    • Develop and implement effective retention strategies for key medical and non-medical personnel.

  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Manage disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and hospital policies.

  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare labor laws, regulations, and policies, including accreditation standards.
    • Monitor and ensure the hospital's adherence to healthcare-specific employment regulations, such as OSHA, HIPAA, and labor laws.
    • Oversee HR audits to ensure all policies and practices are legally sound and up-to-date.

  • Performance Management & Development:
    • Develop and manage an effective performance management system to assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement continuous learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, particularly for clinical and support staff.
    • Provide guidance on career development and succession planning within the hospital.

  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Lead the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitive pay and employee satisfaction.
    • Regularly evaluate and recommend changes to benefit plans to ensure alignment with industry standards.
    • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements.

  • Health & Safety:
    • Work in collaboration with the Hospital Safety Officer to promote a safe working environment for staff and patients.
    • Ensure all HR practices comply with health and safety regulations, particularly in clinical settings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience in Medical domain, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within the hospital or healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI, etc.) are preferred.

  • Strong business acumen, particularly in healthcare operations.
