Internal Auditor

Role & responsibilities

1 Audit Planning and Execution:

• Assist in developing and executing risk-based internal audit plans.
• Prepare Risk and Control matrix (RCM), Process Flow, Engagement Plan and Audit Work Program
• Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments and business units.
• Identify areas of risk and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.

2 Risk Assessment and Reporting:

• Conduct risk assessments and suggest improvements to mitigate identified risks.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, root causes, Business Imapct and actionable recommendations.
• Present audit results to the management team, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

3 Compliance Monitoring:

• Ensure Monitoring of compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and audit techniques

4 Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls and governance mechanisms.

5 Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and tracking management action plans.
