About the Role: Core Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Cisco ACI and F5 Big-IP LTM/DNS environments, including setup, maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.
• Perform daily operational tasks and service requests submitted by customers using Service Management tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, devices, and appliances to ensure seamless infrastructure performance.
• Troubleshoot network problems and device configurations, coordinating with various teams to resolve connectivity issues.
• Prepare and update network topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), create maintenance plans, and provide regular status reports.

Technical Skills:

• Cisco ACI: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience, including deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• F5 Big-IP LTM/DNS: Proficient in set-up, maintenance, and crafting/understanding iRules.
• Strong knowledge of network switching and routing, including protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Experience analysing network traffic using tools like TCP Dump and Wireshark.
• Solid understanding of the OSI model and TCP/IP network models with practical troubleshooting examples.
• Familiarity with SDN technologies and their integration into network infrastructures.

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prepare technical documentation and SOPs.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to resolve complex issues.

ITIL Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in network switching and routing.
• Proficient with Cisco ACI technologies.
