Banquet Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for banquet events, including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct site visits, present banquet facilities, and provide customized proposals to prospective clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
3. Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with the banquet and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams, ensuring all aspects of the event are met.
4. Contract Management:
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and maximizing profitability.
• Manage deposits, payments, and post-event billing in coordination with the finance department.
5. Market Analysis:
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies effectively.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence.
6. Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process.
