Quality Tester (Lab Tech)

Position: Lab Technician (QA/QC)

Summary: We are looking for a careful and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our QA/QC team. You will perform tests, ensure quality, and keep accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests on materials and products.
• Record and compare test results with standards.
• Identify and fix any issues in test results.
• Keep lab equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Prepare samples for testing and keep detailed records.
• Help prepare reports on test findings.
• Calibrate lab equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Follow all safety rules in the lab.
• Work with team members to improve testing procedures.
• Train and guide junior lab staff when needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a lab setting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with lab testing procedures and equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with lab safety guidelines.
