Executive - R&D (Hybridoma)

Role & responsibilities

• Development and validation of hybridoma clones for monoclonal antibody generation including procedure like Preparation of Myeloma Cells, Fusion of Myeloma Cells with Immune Spleen Cells, Cloning of Hybridoma Cell Lines by Limiting Dilution" or Expansion and Stabilization of Clones by Ascites Production and maintenance of existing clones.
• Development and validation of new polyclonal antibodies and recombinant protein, including all procedure like as immunization, selection, cloning, expression, protein purification with detailed analysis and maintenance of existing clones.
• Animal handling.
• Ascites production in Mice, its analysis and purification.
• Large scale production of Mabs in roller bottles or bioreactors.
• Scale up of process to fulfil requirements of commercial production of finished formulations.
• Ability to construct a clone for recombinant antigen will be an added merit.
• Maintain routine lab workflow, creation/maintain production, and design document as per statutory and regulatory requirement
